As air conditioners trap all sorts of bacterium and viruses they all get mixed up in there and as they are giving air out you breathe it in. Pneumonia is very commonly caused bu air conditioning as well as eye infections, chest infections etc. A lot of people will deny it as they love the comfort it gives in hot whether, and shopping centres are packed with it, however I would strongly recommend you getting rid of it and for your daughter’s friend to get rid of it too.
