Yes. For example, to run AIMQB using the default options and the wavefunction file oxirane.wfn (assumed to be in the current directory), enter the following at a command prompt: Windows: c:\aimall\aimqb -nogui oxirane.wfn Mac OS X: /AIMAll/AIMQB.app/Contents/MacOS/aimqb -nogui oxirane.wfn Linux: /usr/local/AIMAll/aimqb.ish -nogui oxirane.wfn All of the option controls in the AIMQB dialog have corresponding command-line arguments.
