• • Yes, AHP funds may be used in conjunction with other grant programs and are customarily used to leverage all types of funding sources. Competitive AHP subsidy may also be used to supplement the FHLB-NY’s First Home Clubsm “FHC”), to a collective maximum of $20,000 per household. However, if the concept of combining AHP and FHC subsidy was not originally specified and approved in the competitive AHP application, the sponsor must contact the FHLB-NY and request a project modification.
