Can AGPM animated the “differences” between two runs?
Yes. In any animation plot window, use Animation… Differences… to select another run. AGPM will subtract one run from the other and display the differences, which you can then animate. Note that your color scale will need to include positive and negative values. The Differences feature will only work if the bathymetry and plot intervals for the two runs are identical. AGPM will provide message alerts if it cannot create a Differences plot.
