Can AeroSleep be used in combination with sensor mats (Angel Care and similar)?
Even though some manufacturers claim the opposite, AeroSleep can certainly be used with such sensor mats. We have tested this in various ways and there was no evidence of anything hampering the functioning of either product. The air permeability of AeroSleep remained optimal and the sensor mats recorded breathing movements without any impediment. We also want to stress that AeroSleep helps preventively to reduce particular risks of cot death. It considerably reduces the chance of suffocation, rebreathing expired air (CO2) and overheating. Furthermore, AeroSleep also helps to prevent allergies, skin irritations and fungus or bacteria occurring in the mattress and it can be used on any large or small mattress.
