Absolutely. If you reside out of state of New York, Florida or Ohio, you will need to obtain a Home Study from an agency in your state. This agency will become the Supervised Provider. If needed, Adoption S.T.A.R. will be happy to assist you with identifying a Supervised Provider. If you already obtained a home study we will request it after reviewing your application to assure that it includes all of the requirements as per the country you chose to adopt from.
