Can additional furniture be brought into the apartment?

You are welcome to bring additional furniture with you, but don’t forget that we fully furnish all of our apartments. If you wish to replace some of our furniture and use yours instead, you may be required to rent a storage space here on the property to store our furnishings. Storages are available in different sizes, and in varied locations. The best part is the price — they run $5 a month!

We want our residents to make their apartment a home. Residents are more than welcome to bring furniture in or to temporarily remove furniture. It is, however, the student’s responsibility to store these items and to RETURN any items before they move out. The student will be charged for any missing items.

You may bring in any pieces of furniture into the apartment. However, please understand that you are sharing space with 3 other roommates. Please discuss what pieces you would like to place in common areas prior.
