Yes. There is a Web page in the secure District Portal (after secure logon) where the CELDT District Coordinator (CDC) can add up to three additional contact people who will receive non-secure e-mails. The CDC remains the only contact of record for the CELDT and the only one to receive the password to the District Portal.
