Yes. The Actinovate® Soluble microbes will live in the soil regardless of whether a plant is present. They will continue to propagate as long as there is a food source for them such as peat, bark, humates, decomposed organics, etc. In this environment the organisms can survive at an effective level for 18 months or longer. How long do the effects of Actinovate® Soluble last? Actinovate® Soluble will remain effective the entire growing season for perenials; for annuals, it is the life of the plant; for turf, about 6-8 weeks. Under what conditions can I store it? What is the shelf life? Actinovate® Soluble can be stored safely at temperatures below 140 degrees F. although it is recommended that it be stored at room temperatures.
