Can accounts be created in MySpectrum for children?
Parents and guardians may request to view information for their children up to the age of 12. The MySpectrum Proxy Access Request form must be completed before access will be granted. Please bring the form with you to your next appointment at Spectrum Health. The registration staff will make the changes to your MySpectrum account. This is necessary to verify your identity at the time of the request.
