If you intend to add ABS and traction control you would also have to convert the rear drum brakes to disc. Wyckoff Chrysler has a rear drum to disc conversion kit which includes new parking brake cables, rear parking brake shoes and hardware, caliper mounting brackets, hub & bearings assemblies, rear disc pads and rotors for about $1400. The complete (disc brakes, ABS and TC) conversion, if possible, would be very costly and certainly not economical for a 2001 vehicle with 60k miles.
