Can a wolf hybrid be taught to be less destructive of property?
All of what you explained is common for a wolf-dog. I have 2 and they were the same way. When ever she does not listen to you she is testing you and you need to always make sure you make her do what you say. Otherwise, she will think she has become dominate. As far as the playing part…you never want to play rough with her to where she is play biting…this can cause serious issues later and she can hurt you or somebody without even knowing her own strength behind her jaws. As for leaving her alone…yes a normal crate will work on a regular dog, but my Hybrids always escaped their crates (no matter what I did)…so luckily I have enough property I could build them an outside kennel for when I was not home. Being a wolf-dog she is going to also need about 80% more attention than a regular dog. Since she probably never grew up around a lot of animals you are going to have to be real careful with her or else she will bring something home that you don’t like. My oldest, Max, brought home
