• NO! There are two reasons 1.) HVAC SUPER PRO does not adhere to steel. The use of a steel brush can leave steel particles on the fitting and tubing, which weakens the bond. 2.) A wire brush does not cut a deep enough groove into the fitting or tubing to provide maximum bonding.
