Can a website based outside of the United States be an Affiliate of Africa Imports?
Yes. Sales to locations outside of the US are often expensive for shipping, there are other difficulties with customs, local delivery systems in some countries, and delivery times. But there are several current Africa Imports affiliates from outside the US who receive regular monthly affiliate payments from Africa Imports. Some of these sites have significant sales in the US, even though they are operated from another country. Normally payments made to affiliates located outside of the US are made with PayPal. If there are any problems with orders from outside of the US, we resolve the problem by refund instead of replacement. Otherwise there are no significant impediments or restrictions for you to be a part of the Africa Imports affiliate program.
