Can a vessel carry out repairs and/or maintenance work alongside the jetty?

A. Repairs and/or maintenance work on the vessels are allowed if such repairs would not immobilize the vessel for any period of time. Master of Vessel shall ensure that the vessel is at all times ready to sail on being instructed to do so by PSB. This is a requirement of our Emergency Evacuation Procedure. PSB is authorized to move any vessel at owner’s or agent’s risk and expense, in order to enforce this instruction.
