When I try to send e-mail from Outlook, I am continually prompted for a user name and password which, when input, is not accepted. How can I stop this prompt?

No. An email will be sent to all of the UserIDs you selected to share the deal with. There is no selective action for UserID. When adding deal sharee later, the system will ask if you would like to send an e-mail to the new sharee.
