Can a user only edit/view their own cases and data, or can users edit/view other users case data?

A worker’s security access extends across all of the cases for their county in the system. If a worker has the right to edit information in their own cases, they will have the ability to edit the same information in all cases in their county. This will allow the agency to serve customers, even if the assigned case worker is unavailable.
