Unfortunately a USB QuadJoy and a PS/2 mouse will not work at the same time, if both are plugged into the computer when it is booted. It sometimes works, if the PS/2 Mouse is plugged into the computer before it is booted; then, after the Operating System (Windows) has loaded completely, the USB QuadJoy can be plugged in.
