Can a US Chamber of Commerce issue a master certificate of origin for equipment produced in Europe?
Our suppliers (6) are producing equipment in Europe. Our company is selling the equipment to our customer based on FCA Europe location terms. As a US company, can we take the certificates of origin (6) issued by each supplier and ask a US Chamber of Commerce to issue a ‘master’ certificate of origin for us?
