Yes! VIPSEAL is completely water-soluble. With a brush and water, clean/wash the entire surface of the treads. VIPSEAL contains no adhesives, so it can easily be removed from the tyre’s surface. Afterwards, any major repairs may be made without requiring additional preparations.
