Can a trumpet and a harp play the same pitch, the same quality, and the same loudness?

A harp has a range that is much bigger and overlaps that of the trumpet. So, a harp can play all the notes a trumpet can. As for quality, that depends on what you mean by that word. If you mean the nature of the sound, then no, they don’t sound very much like each other. One can fairly easily tell the difference between them. Finally, the trumpet, being a brass instrument, is capable of being much louder than a harp.
