Can a Three Stooges Movie Live Up To the Hype?
Variety has reported that the casting for the new Three Stooges film, which is to be directed by the Farrelly brothers, is finishing up casting. Sean Penn has been signed on to play Larry, Jim Carrey is in negotiations to play Curly and the brothers are looking to Benicio Del Toro to play Moe. The movie got off to a rough start when Warner Bros. decided to drop the project, but it was later picked up by MGM. However, it’s still unclear how the whole things is going to work.
