Can a Test-Only facility refer a specific repair shop?

Test-Only facilities are not allowed to refer anyone to specific shops for smog related repairs. However, we can provide customers with a list of certified test and repair shops within the San Mateo area. You can also find a complete list on the Deparment of Consumer affairs website www.smogcheck.ca.gov or by calling 1 (800) 952-5210.
