Can a teen come to Totally Teens Health Center without a parent?
Not always. A parent must sign a Parental Consent Form before any teen can be seen in the health center. We encourage that parents come to the first visit at Totally Teens Health Center. Thereafter, since we have the consent on file for one year, teens may come to their visits alone. The Parental Consent Form can be completed prior to the first visit by accessing the form from our site and having the signature witnessed.
