The answer has two parts. Currently teachers and students can send FreeWrite documents and Memo pad documents through the PAAM interface to a single handheld. At this point, the document must be copied over to desired groups of students. Alternatively, PAAM can distribute files by copying them from the teacher handheld to groups of students. The most common way teachers distribute files is to synchronize their handheld and copy important dates, to-do’s and other items from their handheld to the rest of the class. In the future it is quite likely that teachers will be able to enter date entries, and to-do’s directly through the PAAM interface similar to the way Memo Pad and FreeWrite documents can be distributed. – Report a Problem – Return to Question List – How will PAAM perform using a dial-up connection to transfer data?
