Can a Super Bowl Champion go out and play with a chip on their shoulder?
A. Absolutely. I think we do have a chip on our shoulder. You read the papers; we had no chance even in the NFC. It really doesn’t matter what people say, as long as these guys, the 53 that we’re going to take into every game, believe in ourselves and play Giants football, we’ll be fine. I know a lot of people are saying, there’s no Michael (Strahan), there’s no (Jeremy) Shockey, there’s no Gibril (Wilson), no Kawika (Mitchell), we’ve got guys that stepped in last years and played a lot and will continue to do that. I feel confident in our coaching staff and the personnel we have around here to get the job done.
