Can a student who is presenting a paper or poster at a meeting apply for the Student Travel Grant?

No. In most cases, a student who is presenting at a meeting is being partially funded. AMS would like to offer students who are not presenting an opportunity to attend as well. These meetings are valuable to the students research and/or thesis.
