Can a student still participate in the event if they don’t raise at least $250?

We have based the amount of funds to be raised per student on previous free throw participation at Hoops of Hope events where students averaged $250 each. We will not prohibit a student from participating if they haven’t raised the minimum of $250 but we do encourage parents and youth leaders to help your students to step out and try their best to raise awareness and money for this event. There is something great that happens for the teen when they step out of their comfort zone and focus on helping others. If every student raises at least $250, then World Vision can complete the full projects which will change the lives of thousands in Zamtan, Zambia.
