Can a student receive the URISC grant for more than one year?
Students are encouraged apply as many times as they would like. However, they will ordinarily be limited to a single award during their undergraduate academic careers at Oregon State University. The URISC program is intended to encourage those early in their academic careers, and to assist in initiating a research relationship between faculty member and student. After URISC funding, the faculty member would assume financial responsibility for the student’s work. See URISC Guidelines – Limitations/Other Requirements.
