A. Students can receive credit for volunteer service in the community if enrolled in a Recreational Service Learning Class. They may receive Service Scholar Honors at graduation for service of 200 hours and 6 credit hours of service learning. A student may receive a $1,000.00 educational award from the corporation for national and community service. for volunteering 300 hours during a years time.
