Can a strong GMAT neutralize a low GPA or vice-versa?
A strong GPA can point to your ability to perform well academically, however the whole application is evaluated, so we do not directly trade off GMAT with GPA or vice versa. GPA measures past performance over a prolonged time period whereas GMAT measures current potential with a significant time constraint. We therefore look for trends to identify what these indicators and the rest of your application tell us about your ability to succeed in the program.
