No. A standard, upright omni (BCD series) cannot be inverted and likewise, an omni specifically designed as an invert cannot be installed upright. If an omni is not installed as it was designed, the drain holes will fill with water, there will be inadequate lightning protection, and any antenna featuring electrical downtilt will show uptilt.
