Can a specific unit be requested when making a reservation?
Not in most timeshare point based systems. Actual unit assignment is not generally made until the check-in date. Exceptions are usually made for members with special medical needs. Another exception in some point based systems such as “Fairshare Plus” and in the “RCI Points” program is that a member making a priority reservation for their “home week” is normally going to receive their specific deeded timeshare unit.
