Can A Snoring Mouth Guard Reduce A Snoring Problem?

A snoring mouth guard works by holding the lower jaw in a forward position during sleep. This prevents the tongue from falling back towards the throat and allows the airways to remain open. With the expanded amount of air reaching the lungs the vibration, and hence the noise, is reduced or eliminated altogether.
