yes they will, if you buy the deck from them they’ll probably do it for free, if not they’ll still do it maybe for a little money $5-$10 or so depending if they need to put the grip tape on. Call around and ask them, putting parts on is easy, screws and nuts is all there is, grip tape can be tricky for a newbie doing it but it’s really not that hard and there are all sorts of places online to show how to asseble a skateboard, youtube even has video. If nothing else take your old deck apart so you know how it works and bring in the parts, don’t ahve them take them off the your old skateboard.
