A two year old can win it. Whether it can be performed is another question as different countries and different states (US) have different age limitations on the age of consent for cosmetic surgery. Then there is also the issue of cosmetic surgery to improve quality of life which, I’m led to believe, has resulted in many young teens having nose jobs etc because they feel ugly and belittled by their appearance.
