Can a single person or a couple without children apply for a unit?

0

A single person or a couple without children can apply. However, families with children will receive preference for a unit before a single person or a couple without children (unless there is a qualifying medical issue). A single person or couple without children will be considered for a unit only after households who do not meet the minimum occupancy standard including those who may be placed upon the High Rock list when the list is opened on June 1 st for additional applications.
