Can a single iMPACT session communicate with two or more USB cables attached to the same host (i.e., multiple cable management)?
Multiple cable management is available beginning with iMPACT version 10.1, available in March 2008. This feature allows a single instance of iMPACT to communicate with up to 127 Xilinx USB cables attached to a single machine. For additional information on this feature, see the iMPACT Help and DS593 “Platform Cable USB II” data sheet: http://www.xilinx.com/support/documentation/configuration_hardware.htm NOTE: Multiple cable management is not available in versions of iMPACT prior to 10.1 and not currently available with other Xilinx design tools.
