Can a simple hierarchy be created now and then modified later?
The hierarchy is the foundation for your program. We strongly suggest you take the time to make it as complete as possible now. We have learned in talking with Citibank the Federal Government initially set up a simple hierarchy and 6 months into the program they found they had to modify the hierarchy. It was complicated to change levels and move cardholders. If you find you need to modify your hierarchy, please be aware that changes to the hierarchy or modifications to the location of various cardholders within the hierarchy will not take place until after the next cycle cut.
