Can a shop refuse me a refund for a faulty dress?
you should get a refund, go back to the shop, and tell them if there is no refund , you want the phone no. or e-mail address of their head office to make a complaint to the cheifs , and not the indians.. if it,s not fit to wear , they should give you a refund.. on the other hand, they have maybe had a lot of people returning the same dress, due to the same problem..and put the disclaimer on later…if you don,t have the jewels that came off, to sew back on, you can remove the rest of the jewels that are still attached, and the dress might be okay to wear.. you can threaten them that you will tell anyone who will listen not to shop in their store again…good luck..
