Can a Shaw representative look through files on my computer without my knowledge during a screen sharing session?
No. The screen sharing feature is optional, and your representative only sees what you see or whatever you decide to show him or her. During a session, you can sit back and watch everything your representative does onscreen and at any time you can take control of the mouse if you become concerned about your privacy.
