can a seven day fever and chest congestion cause dizziness and stomach attacks?

Last week I started having chest congestion, coughing, loss of voice and fever. I went to the doctor on the fifth day and was prescribed the z-pak. After the second day of the meds, I started to feel nausia and had diareah. I stopped taking the antibiotic, but still have the stomach trouble and now have extreme dizziness; not like the room is spinning, but I just feel very woosy, like I’m going to fall over. I also feel very week in my arms and legs. To go with this, I am on Lexapro for severe anxiety and also take Lorazapam when needed. I do feel unstable or woosy-like on occasion with the anxiety, but not as severe as now. I’m trying to decide if I am just fatigued from all the fever last week or if I have some major problem going on. Also, I might add that I bumped my head in my mom’s car a couple days ago getting out. Don’t know if that’s contributing to the dizziness. This is a lot to factor in, but I would appreciate some help. I’m getting very nervous about what could be wrong.
