Yes. Source of Income is not protected under Federal, state and local fair housing laws. Since your source of income used to rent or buy housing would be either a Section 8 Voucher, SHIP or HOME program the landlord or seller can deny you the unit if he or she applies this standard to all prospective home seekers.
