Can a security guard carry his exposed firearm..?
In my state if the security guard is trained and licensed (called a tan card even though it is no longer tan) he can carry to and from work for 1.5 hours each way. If the guy is a watchman he does not need to be licensed but he cannot carry a gun unless the gun belongs to the property owner and the watchman never leaves the property. To the guy who said you can carry exposed in most states you are wrong. Almost all states that have concealed carry laws do not allow exposed sidearm carry in public places. Long guns yes but not sidearms.
