Can A Scrappy Kangashkan hit a Wonder Guard Sableye, Spiritomb or Darkrai?

I don’t think it will work because with Wonder Guard, only super effective attacks will hit that particular Pokemon. However if your Kangashkan has a fighting type attack, it should hit Spiritomb since it’s ghost type trait is bypassed by the Scrappy ability, leaving only it’s dark type attribute, which should also bypass Wonder Guard by normal means. For Darkrai, I believe Darkrai is only a dark type, so the Scrappy ability would have no influence on Darkrai.
