Can a scheduler take in requests that are made in the office or over the phone and still use InterpreterQuest™ online?
Yes. If you or your scheduler takes requests over the phone or from an office, you can enter them in your online schedule and keep your calendar up-to-date. If you have walk-in customers and you’re occupied, use InterpreterQuest™ to make a future request for them by giving them their own new username/password.
