Can a rhinoplasty be performed with simultaneous sinus surgery and/or a deviated septum?
Yes, a rhinoplasty can be performed with endoscopic sinus surgery and/or septoplasty; however, patients are financially responsible for the cosmetic component of the surgery. The medical necessity component for sinus surgery will be billed to the patients medical insurance. Under no circumstances is cosmetic surgery billed to a patients medical insurance company.
