Can a reviewer and reviewee decide jointly at the review stage to include further valuable evidence that is not agreed at the planning meeting?

All evidence to be used to assess the teachers or head teachers performance must be agreed at the planning meeting at the beginning of the cycle. If additional issues arise during the cycle which it is felt should be taken into account then the arrangements provide for a process to revise the planning statement. No new information or evidence outside this process can be introduced at the review stage.
