Can a resume be forwarded to DU prior to the Governments submission of Right of First Refusal candidates?
A. We can accept resumes at any time but it would be better to wait until we have job descriptions distributed at each post in late April. Depending upon the position, we may have a pretty good idea of whether they will be affected by right of first refusal but until we get the list from Civilian Personnel, we are reluctant to make firm commitments. Some exceptions may be the linemen who are the only ones certified or the water treatment plant operators that are state certified.
