Can a resident arrange beds in bunk or loft style?

0

Yes. Beds can be made into bunks in all residence halls. Residents may construct wooden loft structures to free up additional space in the room, however the GUIDELINES FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS must be followed (wood must be “fire-retardant-impregnated” not just sprayed on). These guidelines can be obtained at the Housing Office. The college reserves the right to inspect lofts and to insist on correction of any unstable or unsafe construction or removal.
